Open a Ticket Print

  1. Navigate to Ossds.com

  2. Select “Get Support”

  1. You will be prompted with a login screen. Enter your credentials.

  2. Select “Open Ticket”

  1. Enter a descriptive subject of your issue.

  1. Enter your related service (the service you are having issues with)

  1. Enter the priority of the issue. If something is not working or available, select high priority, if something is working but there is an issue with it, select medium priority, and if there is a small bug or question, select low priority.

  1. Enter a detailed description of your issue. 

  2. Include screenshots and attachments when necessary under the “Attachments” tab

  3. Complete the Captcha at the bottom of the page, and then select "Submit"
